Here’s a nice video advert (if you’re into that sort of thing)…
Much to my surprise I was reading an article on everyones favourite music website (DrownedinSound.com) about the history of math-rock and found our name mentioned
This pleases me no end, as we are mentioned along side some of our favourite bands (Shellac, Joan of Arc, Owls, Don Caballero, Botch, Dillinger Escape Plan, Battles, Maps & Atlases etc). Good times. If you want to have a read go here.
So we received a bunch of copies of the Japanese release today and they look lovely. You can order copies from the following places:

…and it was ace
Thank you to all the guys at the Schaltot Collective for having us and a big thanks to all those of you who came to see us play. It was great to discover that a bunch of people from France and Germany made the effort to come along and see us. We couldn’t feel more honoured.
Here are some photos that a young guy from Belgium (called Guillaume) was kind enough to take:

Are you bored? Sitting at your desk at work trying to think of something to do before the weekend can begin? Why not do some of these things:
Read the Jonquil European tour diary - I read it yesterday and it documents their adventure across Europe this Easter. French bridges in the sky, Spanish ghost towns and the ultimate demise of Truckasaurus (our ex postal van that we lent them for the journey), are all explained in detail by the beautiful penmanship of one Jody Prewett. Go read.
Listen to Secondsmile new songs - Secondsmile have uploaded a couple of new songs to their myspace. Dan plays trumpet on one of them
Book tickets to come to Luxembourg and see us play this weekend - Got nothing to do this weekend? Come to Luxembourg and see us play with a bunch of cool bands.
Watch our new video - It’s down there in an earlier post. It’s fun.
Read about this crazy dog - Dan sent me an email about this dog that attacked a porcupine and lost. It’s pretty savage.
Listen to Nate Kinsella - Just listened to Nate Kinsella’s (Make Believe’s drummer/keyboard player) solo stuff and it’s REALLY good.

You can hear his handy work now on the Secondsmile myspace profile. The song is called “Stars Away”. It will only be up for 2 weeks so listen while you can.
So our ‘back-catalogue’ record is now out in Australia and will soon be available in Japan as well. Here is the tracklisting and here is a link to buy the record from our Australian label.
